Arte Group Head Office is on the fourth floor of a building in Elahiyeh, Tehran. The renovating program of the mentioned administrative offices was formed based on the consolidation of two independent administrative units and organization of a separate room, measuring 185 m² and transforming them into an integrated structure with an Open-Office approach, totally measures 370 m². For this purpose, in addition to dismantling more than 70% of existing walls and infrastructures, facilities were renovated and solid walls were replaced with glass separators, in case of need.
