Zardkouh Residential Complex is located in District 1 of Tehran Municipality on a land area of 2150 square meters. It comprises five floors, including parking facilities, common areas, three residential floors, a roof, and a rooftop garden with a total area of approximately 3600 square meters designed to accommodate ten residential units and a 1200 square meter entrance courtyard. This building was renovated in 2021.

This project involved replacing and updating all mechanical and electrical installations, including the central engine room and air conditioning system, and updating the interior decoration of the units.
